As promised in this posting here's another free image editor, and I really like this one.
This free image editor, called "PhotoFiltre", really impresses me with its speed and diverse array of user friendly gimmicks and gadgets.
This program has way too many features to review but I found it to be intuitive and similar in concept to all but the most full featured of programs such as the full blown adobe photoshop.
Open a digital photo file after you download the program and manipulate it with the various filters and explore all its options. Naturally it has the expected image enhancement tools you'd expect such as contrast and brightness.
As always, even though you can "undo" any adjustments you make, I remind you to retain an untouched original of your file, in a separate location, preferably on removable media, so you can start over if you screw up.
This is the link to the program download which works quickly and is error free.
Today's picture is another one I took using my 1.2 MP JVC camcorder, in still image mode. I tuned it up just a bit with the "PhotoFiltre" program. Not bad, IMHO.
As I find free programs that turn my crank I'll share them with you.
Have fun!

I used a photo filter software once. The issue was I couldn't apply different filters for different areas of the picture.
