Fireworks are used all over the world to celebrate or commemorate many different types of events and I can never get enough of them.
Taking pictures of fireworks can be a bit challenging but with today's digital cameras, and camcorders, it has been greatly simplified.
Check your owner's manual and see if your camera has a special setting that is optimized for taking pictures of fireworks. If it does, you're in luck and should follow the manufacturer's directions.
If your camera lacks this feature then check out this posting about taking better fireworks pictures with your digital camera.
Take a camera with you whenever possible, and look around, you'll find a picture somewhere.
