Great Britain is a great place with so many photographic opportunities that you'll need extra memory cards for your digital camera.
Where else but Great Britain can you take pictures of some of today's most modern buildings and then turn the corner and see some that are 500 years old and steeped in history?
You've got villages, business cities, industrial cities, the coast along the Atlantic Ocean and enough bucolic countryside to occupy years of hiking to cover.
So get out, if you live in Great Britain, get over there if you don't, and take a picture good enough to win the "DK Eyewitness Competition".
Take a camera with you whenever possible, and look around, you'll find a picture somewhere.
