Food&Wine has a photo contest coming soon…
Unsurprisingly, the subject matter is Food Photography. First prize is an EOS Rebel XT, with a bunch of foodie books for the runners up.
Of course, speaking as someone who isn't likely to actually get around to entering, probably is in the wrong country to be eligible, and wouldn't win even if he could and did enter, I can still say that the big win from this sort of thing is being able to review the photography that comes out of it, and the learning that you do when taking your own shots. That;'s worth more than any foodie book, or camera, right? (Well, it might not be, if the camera was a nikon…)
