Rick Lee talks about setting the correct white balance on your camera - then ignoring it completely, to get the best looking photo.
Correct is one thing - aesthetically pleasing may well be another, completely different thing. Pick the best looking photo, the way the scene looked in your minds eye when you were taking it. You're not just recording a scene, you're Interpreting it, trying to record what you saw, not just with your eyes, but with your brain.
