Phone photo to Facebook

Camera phone snappers can now upload photos directly from their mobile-if it can run Java applications-to their Facebook page through a service called PeerMe. The uploading tool announced by the company today also lets you send blog postings from your mopho to Twitter. The enterprise, named one of the 10 wireless entertainment companies to watch in 2007 by IDC, is opening up its APIs to encourage other sites to tap into the company's platform and provide instant uploading services to their users. Instant uploading of photos sounds like a good idea to me, but writing blogs on a telephone touchpad? Forget about it!
