I don't know about you lot, but when the subject of backing up my photos comes around, I get very nervous. Simply put, I have so many of them, and they're so large that my usual methods don't scale. So, I keep two copies on separate machines, and hope that nothing fatal happens to both of them at once.
Enter Jungle Disk. They list 20 gig of storage (with 2 gig of transfers) at US$3.40 a month. Their handy little calculator tells me that 100 gig of storage and 20 gig of transfers is only US$17 a month.
That's a lot of data for not a lot of money. That's also an off-site backup for a lot less than a decent capacity tape-drive and server to run it.
That's me, remarkably tempted.
