Are you a bit handy with tools? If so this simple project for the do it yourself digital photographer is for you.
This is really cool idea for someone with an old, unused laptop, and a few bucks for some wood parts.
Here's the link to the instructions and photos of the project in progress.
It doesn't look too hard to make and for far less than the cost of a commercial digital frame you can have one with a greater capacity and higher resolution.
