Now that you have a memory card full of holiday memories why not do something different with the photo files this time?
How about creating a digital holiday scrapbook?
Here's the link to some theme suggestions from Epson to get you started.
I can't recommend any of these outlets because I haven't tried them, but there are some interesting Online Photo book making services available. While not exactly a scrapbook, in the classic sense, there are some available with a variety of titling and decorative options you can add that make it look like a traditional scrapbook.
What you do is upload your photos and then arrange them the way you like, along with text and optional graphics, and the project is returned to you as a finished, bound book.
There are a wide variety of sizes and styles available in both hard and soft cover versions. I've noticed too, that these places frequently run sales such as two for the price of one or half off a second book, so shop around.
They are available through the larger online digital photofinishers and some drug store chains such as Longs.

Since many of us shared holiday times with family and friends, one way to make the scrapbook more inclusive and meaningful to those in your life is to invite them to join you on contributing their photos of your time together and to create the scrapbook with you. That makdes such a difference for me. I found you can do that at SnapJot. It is fairly easy and it is fun to involve the people in one’s life who have widely varied geek savvy. – Kare
