Any amateur digital photographer would love to spend a day with a pro photographer traveling around, stopping here and there to take pictures and then receiving an on the spot critique and advice.
Well, for those of us who aren't that lucky, and that's nearly all of us, I found an excellent and highly informative account of just such a day conducted by professional photographer David Parry.

Take a camera with you whenever possible, and look around, you'll find a picture somewhere.
