As convenient as smaller digital cameras are to carry, one thing that's always bugged me about them-aside from the tiny controls better suited for fledglings than the fully fledged-is how difficult it is to steady them for a shot. With the state of the art of anti-shake systems these days, I know I shouldn't be concerned about that, but old best practices are hard to shed. Knowing how to properly brace a camera for a shot is like picking up how to hold a racket in tennis, it's the first thing you should learn and something you shouldn't forget, whether technology wants you to forget it or not. So if you want some pointers on holding your camera, check out the video below from Expert Village.
