HDR Photography is the technique where you take two or more exposures, spanning a broader range of exposure than you can capture in a single photo. The idea of this is that, when you combine the images later on, you'll be able to display a 'Higher Dynamic Range', that is to say, a broader exposure than you normally see in photos.
Normally, this technique is used for landscapes
or architecture - but here, we have it used for food photography, which I haven't seen before - and the results are great!
