I love these small, free, graphics programs that are floating around out there just waiting to be played with.
This program, "inpaint", by Teorex, is a fairly sophisticated, but easy to use application with a useful main feature similar to a "clone" tool another graphics programs.
I'm a big fan of clone-like graphics tools and this one is pretty accurate.
