Here's a free traditional software graphics program that also has features that allow you to "decorate" your photos with various frames and other effects.
I found this on a website that is new to me and looks like it will receive frequent return visits from yours truly because this one has many free computer downloads of all types.
This site appears to keep it's downloads available indefinitely, but I'd get what I want now, just in case.
You will have 2 downloads for each program, the program itself and the free key or "crack" that activates the program.
Check out "Cool Downloads" and see how may programs you want.
Take a camera with you whenever possible, and look around, you'll find a picture somewhere.
