BenQ recently released an attractive 10-megapixel compact digital camera with some interesting features, like an automatic face tracking function to ensure that the mugs in a photo are properly rendered, advanced anti-shake compensation and some unusual programmed modes, such as "oil painting" and "sketch." The bytebox is expected to arrive on the shelves in China at the end of this month and it isn't certain whether it will be released in North America. If it does make it to the English-speaking world, though, BenQ may want to have a native speaker clean up the description of the camera that appears at the China-based company's web site. It reads like this:
Fractured English

"Metal is the primary element symbolized the manhood. When talking about mental, hard, cold and rigid say it all. Yet BenQ's Lifestyle Design Center designers cleverly transform and elevate these stereo type perceptions up to next level. By fully aware of the elastics characteristic of metal, DC E1000 has enchased a solid metal bar with anode brushing treatment on the front of the camera, along with matted black finishing case to boost up the overall taste."
