Fix it in Photoshop?

Is "Fix it in Photoshop" A Valid Statement?

I don't have a lot to add to this article - it's saying what I've said here before - start by taking the best image you can take - learn to use your camera and your eye well, to make the very best of the scene in frontlinks of you. Then, when you get back to your computer, you work on filling the gaps that you can't fill from behind the lens.

As you get better behind the lens, you take better photos. As you get better in front of the keyboard, you make higher quality changes. Work the two together, and you have magic. Don't rely on fixing it in photoshop.

Unless you have to. (Try to not have to).
