Every now and again we all run across a great deal that can't be missed out on. When you find yourself in a situation where you run across an awesome deal on digital photography equipment while you are strapped for cash then you might want to consider other options.
For many folks this is a time to pull out the old credit card. Sometimes credit cards aren't a good option because you are buying something used or you're like me and just would prefer to stay away from them. Regardless of your reason for avoiding a credit card there are other options.
For one you could beg your family and friends for the cash. Chances are this won't get you far but it's worth a shot. You could also try working some extra hours to earn the money, but if it is something that is going to go fast you might not have the time.
One quick option for getting money when you need it, that doesn't even require good credit in most cases, is a payday loan. Payday loans use a postdated check as collateral. They give you an amount that you have 15-30 days to pay back in most cases. They loans run from about two hundred dollars to three thousand dollars. The interest rate is high but since you have to pay them back within a month it can sometimes be lower than dragging out an expense via credit card.
