O'Reilly -- ExpoDisc for Pro (and Easy) Color Capture:

Not a tool I've yet had a chance to experience, but from the look of the example shots in the article, something we could all benefit from.

White balance is one of those things that you can probably correct for in post-production, but you're better, if you can, to correct it at the source.
