Ergodex - Design It Yourself Keyboard.
A USB connected base, 25 keys
you can stick anywhere (on the base), and (windows only) controller software that tells the keys what they do.
The reviews seem to talk about it for gaming more than anything else - but to me, it shouts 'photoshop!'.
