Users of Optics Pro, by DxO Labs, of Boulogne, France, one of the European Imaging and Sound Association's (EISA) top products for 2007-2008, is offering a discount on DxO FilmPack until the end of the month. Ordinarily selling for $99, with the use of the checkout code DFPSP15, the software can be purchased for $84 at the DxO Web site. It can be used as a plug-in for Optics Pro or Adobe Photoshop , or as a standalone application. Although it doesn't have the latitude of options that can be found in a plug-in like Alien Skin's Exposure, FilmPack will give you a chance to experience the attributes of film that professional photographers love so much .
