DigiHack - Digital Photography projects: Tilt-Shift PC Lens:

Tilt-shift lenses (the ones you use to take pictures like these) from the likes of Nikon can cost in excess of US$1000.

Fortunately, you can make your own!

Brilliant hack. I love it.
