Cameras
by Jordan Grodecki on November 6, 2008

Despite the relative expense of polaroid film; nobody could deny that they were cool, which is why the instant camera lasted so long before finally being retired a little while ago.
So I'm pretty happy to announce that finally, Zink technology is going to be available in a camera; effectively becoming the Polaroid v2. For those not aware; Zink is a way of printing without the need to use any ink whatsoever; it's very clever, but not too expensive!
The Tomy xaio TIP-521 is a 5megapixel camera, with one of these little printers built in, so you can print off your shots in exactly the same way as the good old polaroid allowed you to!
