CreativeGuy - PS: Color shifting
There are times when you want to make a change in colour - perhaps you're in a photo where you're wearing those hot pink pants your mother made you, but you're trying to put forwards a slightly less... well, pink image on your website - so you change them to a manly blue. Perhaps the grooms mother wore black to the wedding, and the bride doesn't want the wedding photos to look like a funeral - so you change it to a nice (yet still formal) dark green for her.
Any number of reasons.
Personally, I haven't come up with a need for this yet, but let me assure you that when I do, I now know what I'll do about it.
