Paul over at ilikecameras.com has come up with another great post - this one, on the differences between your higher end all-in-one prosumer cameras, and the lower end of the DSLR market.

As he points out, the difference in price can be quite substantial, while the main listed features appear pretty similar - perhaps weighted in favour of the all-in-one.
