Paul Watson starts off what I hope is an ongoing series with a bang – taking a photo which is nice enough, although somewhat boring, and making it into a beautiful and dramatic sunset.

Even better than that, he leads us, step by step, through not only the mechanical process of generating the final image, but also his thoughts as he was working on each step.
