OK, so I'm not really up on Medium format stuff - I've been a 35 mm shooter for years, and never had the pleasure of being on the aft end of a medium format camera. So, if I mis-use any terminology here, I'm open to correction.

First, I'll avoid any possibility of terminological inaccuracy by quoting from the linked article:

The camera relies on a large 48 x 33 mm sensor, with a dynamic range of 12 F-stops, to form its huge, 126 megabyte, 4056 x 5356 pixel files. With such large files, the ProDigital II supports CF cards as well as Leaf's 20 and 30 gigabyte "digital magazines" and third party FireWire drives.

Navigation of the menu system and image editing is done on the (rather large) LCD is by use of a stylus - which strikes me as potentially somewhat cumbersome (in terms of ergonomics) and hugely frustrating if you misplace the stylus. You can create directories (folders) directly on the camera itself, which I could see being quite handy in certain circumstances.

Bluetooth support is a nice addition, but I think Wifi would have been nicer; I very much doubt that 126 meg images would transfer over bluetooth in a timely manner. It could be used effectively as a cable release mechanism, however.
