Face Recognition, the surprise technology success of 2007, will be universally adapted. This would mean that new starter DSLRs will have this technology. It's already in most new compact cameras being introduced, but it is predicted that we'll start seeing an advanced version on basic DSLRs. The technology exists, so it will be taken advantage for new DSLR releases.
